Getting Started
How do I get started?
Simply create a free account, select a service or plan, and place your order. You can also WhatsApp us directly for a free consultation.
What information do I need to provide?
We need your raw footage or reference material, project brief (goals, audience, style), deadline, and any specific requirements.
Do you offer a free trial or sample edit?
We offer a free 30-second sample edit for new clients. Contact us on WhatsApp to request one.
Delivery & Revisions
How long does it take?
Short reels: 24-48 hours. Talking head videos: 2-3 days. Full projects: 5-7 business days. Rush delivery is available.
What if I need revisions?
Growth and Agency plan clients get unlimited revisions. Starter clients get 2 free revisions. Additional revisions are charged at ₹199/revision.
How are deliverables sent?
Via Google Drive link, WeTransfer, or directly through your client dashboard where you can download in multiple formats.
Payments & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards (via Razorpay), Stripe (international cards), and PayPal.
Are there any hidden charges?
No hidden charges. The price you see is what you pay. Stock footage, music licensing, or custom motion graphics may be extra.
Do you offer refunds?
We work until you are satisfied. If we fail to deliver what was promised, we offer a full refund. Satisfaction is guaranteed.
Technical
What formats do you accept for raw footage?
We accept MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, and most common video formats. For large files, we use Google Drive or WeTransfer.
What resolutions do you export in?
Standard: 1080p (1920×1080). We also deliver in 4K, vertical (9:16), square (1:1), and portrait formats on request.
Do you provide source files?
Source files (Premiere Pro project, After Effects compositions) are available on Agency plan or for an additional fee.
