1. Services
Sri Visual provides video editing, content creation, branding, and related digital services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed upon payment or admin acceptance. We require payment upfront for new clients. Recurring clients may be invoiced monthly.
3. Revisions
Revision limits depend on your plan. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Revision requests must be specific and within the original project scope.
4. Client Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all source materials. Final deliverables transfer ownership to you upon full payment. Sri Visual retains the right to use work in our portfolio unless an NDA is in place.
5. Refunds
Refunds are available if we fail to deliver per agreed specifications. No refunds after project completion or download of final files. Rush fees are non-refundable.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services for illegal, hateful, or misleading content. We reserve the right to refuse any project at our discretion.
